I require at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or reschedules. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be charged 100% of the total service price. • No shows will also be charged 100% of the total service price. **LATENESS** Please plan accordingly and arrive on time to your appointment. There is street parking and I know how unpredictable that can be. I also understand things happen just please communicate with me! I’m always understanding when clients keep me in the loop. There is a 15 minute grace period. • Arriving 16+ minutes late will result in a $20 late fee. • After 30 minutes, the appointment will be canceled and 100% of the full service will be charged. **PAYMENTS** I accept cash, Zelle, and card If paying by card, please note there's a 2.5% platform fee. Have payment ready before your appointment. Full payment is required before leaving your appointment. A card on file is required for all bookings. By booking, you authorize N0vanailzz to charge the card on file for any remaining balance not paid at the end of service.
