Hey! I’m Lala, Miami born and raised licensed nail technician and creator of N0vanailzz! I specialize in Korean gels, Gelx extensions, hand drawn art, and keeping your nail health a top priority. I started my nail career in 2021 after a knee injury had me unable to walk therefore losing my waitress job. Went in not knowing if it was for me or if id even like it.... turns out I loved it and I haven't looked back! My space is all about good vibes, fun, relaxing, and welcoming for everyone. Cancellation Policy
I require at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or reschedules.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be charged 50% of the total service price.
• No shows will also be charged 50% of the total service price.
**LATENESS**
Please plan accordingly and arrive on time to your appointment. There is street parking and I know how unpredictable that can be. I also understand things happen just please communicate with me! I’m always understanding when clients keep me in the loop.
There is a 15 minute grace period.
• Arriving 16+ minutes late will result in a $20 late fee.
• After 30 minutes, the appointment will be canceled and 50% of the full service will be charged.
**ALL TIER 3 APPOINTMENTS REQUIRE A $20 NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT(GOES TOWARDS FINAL PRICE) AND INSPO PIC TO BE ACCEPTED.**

Directions on how to get into the building will be sent by EMAIL 24 HOURS before your appointment. Please check emails!
